Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not try to break into it, disrupt it, test its security without following our security page, or copy it in bulk by automated means.
03What you send us
Do not send classified, export-controlled or other sensitive information through this site or by email. If you need to share it, write first and we will agree a secure way. Anything else you send us is handled as our Privacy notice describes.
04Our content
The text, pictures, films and design on this site belong to HardpointAI Oy or are used with permission. HardpointAI, EdgeOS, HP-FN1 and HP-FN1 Micro are our names; other names belong to their owners. You may link to the site and quote short passages with a clear reference to us. Anything more needs our written permission.
Pictures and films marked as illustrations are generated or staged. They show no real sites, people or operations, and screens in them are not the EdgeOS interface unless we say so.
05No offer
The site is information, not an offer. Products, figures and plans can change, and anything we describe as building, next or a direction is not yet available. What we supply, and on what terms, is set only in a written agreement. Our products are subject to Finnish export control, and supply needs the licences it requires.

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
07Liability
We take care with this site, but it is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, HardpointAI Oy is not liable for loss or damage from using the site or relying on it, and in no case for indirect or consequential loss.
